Appointments are carefully prepared and reserved exclusively for each client.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is kindly requested, allowing the time to be offered to another client.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge.

If you are running late, please let Marianna know as soon as possible. Where necessary, the treatment time may need to be adjusted.
